CHAOS2ORDER is a short, high impact mental performance reset built for athletes who feel like their mind gets loud when the moment gets big. If you’ve ever struggled with pressure, overthinking, confidence dips, frustration after mistakes, or feeling “off” even when your body feels ready, this program is designed for you. This is not a motivation session. It is a practical training series that gives you real tools you can use immediately at practice, in competition, and in everyday life. Over three weeks, athletes will learn how to build a simple and repeatable mental system that helps them stay calm under pressure, reset quickly after mistakes, and show up with more confidence and control. The goal is not perfect performance, it is reliable performance.
Each session is built to feel clear, relatable, and easy to apply, even for athletes who normally struggle to “do mindset stuff.”

By the end of this program, athletes will be able to:

Program structure
CHAOS2ORDER is a 3-session course, meeting once per week via Zoom.
(March 11th, 18th, and 25th @ 8:00 pm EST)
Each week includes:
- 45 minutes of structured teaching and guided training
- Live Q&A at the end of every session, so athletes can ask specific questions, get coaching feedback, and troubleshoot real situations they are dealing with in their sport
- Session replays available, so athletes can review the material or catch up if they miss a week
This format keeps it simple, efficient, and highly actionable. Athletes learn the skill, practice it, and then get support applying it to their real competitive environment.
