Looking to give your athletes a mental edge? The Team Mental Performance Boot Camp is now available for volleyball clubs and sports teams. This live, remote program helps players strengthen focus, confidence, emotional control, and performance routines—together as a team.
I’ve been fielding a lot of calls, emails, and messages asking if I offer private boot camps for teams or clubs. Well, that option is officially here. Whether you’re preparing for tryouts, gearing up for tournament season, or just want your athletes to build a stronger mental game, this boot camp is built to meet your needs.
What Is the Team Mental Performance Boot Camp?
This version of my flagship Boot Camp is designed specifically for groups of athletes to experience together. It covers the same powerful skills as my individual Boot Camp, but in a format that allows teammates to grow together, share language, and build trust.
What You Get
• Live online sessions: 4 days, 1 hour per session via Zoom
• Flexible scheduling: choose 4 consecutive days, once a week, bi-weekly, or even monthly
• Team registration minimum: at least 6 athletes required
• Downloadable worksheets for each session, created to help athletes apply what they learn right away
• Discounted group pricing per athlete
• Payment options: either the club can cover costs or each athlete can pay individually
Why It Works
Mental skills like focus, confidence, and emotional regulation aren’t just individual traits—they’re contagious across teams. Running a Team Mental Performance Boot Camp helps create a unified mindset and strong internal culture that supports growth, recovery, and high-level performance.
