Player Practice Reflection Sheet

This Practice Reflection Sheet provides athletes with a simple, structured way to review each training session. Athletes can rate key areas like preparedness, effort, mental focus, and attitude, while also identifying victories, challenges, and goals for the next practice. The reflection prompts encourage athletes to build self-awareness, track progress, and take ownership of their development. This tool is ideal for use after individual practices, team training sessions, or as part of a regular mental performance routine.

About Dan Mickle

Dan Mickle founded Soul Performance Academy and has been a coach for over 30 years. He holds an M.S. in Sports/Performance Psychology and an M.S. in Learning Technology and Media Systems. Dan is a current NCAA DIII head volleyball coach. He is pursuing his D.H.Sc, focusing on the coaching considerations of neurodivergent populations. He is an Associate Member of the APA, a certified CBT coach, and a certified Mental Trainer.
