Excited to share that I’ve been selected to present at NETA Fit Fest 2027!
My session will focus on making group fitness instruction clearer, more flexible, and more supportive for neurodivergent participants, including people with ADHD and autism.
This is a topic I care deeply about. How we give directions, prepare people for transitions, offer choices, and respond when someone feels overwhelmed can shape their experience long before the workout is over.
We’ll explore practical adjustments fitness professionals can use in their classes, without requiring anyone to disclose a diagnosis. Sometimes a small change in how we teach can open the door for someone to participate with greater confidence.
I’m grateful for the opportunity to bring this conversation to the fitness community. More details as the event approaches!
